The quickest way to find out is to skim through the 'Glossary and Index' at the back of the book. In general we have looked for classical Jewish sources of teachings and wisdom. From the modern period we have included great teachers from within the Jewish tradition, but also writers, poets, scientists and thinkers of Jewish origin who have helped shaped the modern world with their ideas. We have also tried to ensure that our own rabbis and teachers from within the UK Reform world are properly represented.
